THE CHALLENGE

· To ensure the accurate utilization of steel, the constructive steel structure was realised as welded beams in the main supporting axle.
· Circular beams were created as a welded construction.
· Assembly concept: The main beams are separated to reduce the part weights.

THE SOLUTION

· Automatic and configurable creation of all assembly and single part drawings.
· Easy creation and modification of curved beams and end plates.
· Created NC-data from folded plates according to the requirements of the machinedeveloper.
